"We employed Diaz Renovations when we purchased a very prominent building in the heart of Burnham on Crouch. Initially the guys were employed to do the shop renovation only which they carried out quickly and efficiently. There was a lot to do as the shop had not been touched for a long time, but every aspect of the job was carried out with care and attention to detail, to budget and within a decent timescale. We then asked the guys to move into the residential side of the building which was a much bigger project. They worked around us living in the property and liaised with us every step of the way. We still have a long way to go before this renovation is complete and we will see the guys back when we are ready to take on phase 3 of the works.
